ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 448, 380, 427, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No. 50 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3. This Court does not find any merits in this case since the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by this Court by an order dated 20.06.2024. Thereafter, two extensions were given by this Court by order dated 08.08.2024 and 07.11.2024. The same was not complied with and a fresh anticipatory bail petition has been filed before this Court.

4. In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner cannot take this Court for granted and keep filing one petition after other and waste the time of this Court. 2/3
