ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 143,148,341,294(b). 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.56 of 2017 , seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an on earlier occasion, on 27.04.2017, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5185 of 2017 however, the petitioner is not in a position to produce surety within a time. Hence, the petitioner filed this second anticipatory bail petition.
