Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 354, 506(i) IPC in Cr.No.557 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is a conductor. When the defacto complainant travelled Chennai to Thoothukude, the petitioner misbehaved with her and sexually harassed her, throughout the travel. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is an innocent person.

respondent police would submit that the petitioner misbehaved with the defacto complainant throughout the travel and hence, he would pray for dismissal of this petition.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner and also considering the character of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
