This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioners and their family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that after enquiry, the complaint was closed by recording the reason that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature.
