PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.392 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.3 herein, who was arrested on 01.12.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 3(1), 4(1), 5(1)(a), 6(1)(a) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, in Crime No.392 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case against the petitioner is that the petitioner indulged in immoral traffic offence. Hence, a case has been registered.

3.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is A3 in the case. The petitioner is 44 years old and she is the owner of the building. She rented the same to A1 and A2. When she went to collect rent a false case was foisted against her and prayed the petitioner to be released on bail. 4.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that A3 is the prime accused. She brought the girls. Other accused were already released on bail.

5.Considering the fact that the co-accused were released on bail and considering the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.1442 of 2022 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of thirty days. sd/- 27/01/2022 / TRUE COPY / 27/01/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
