When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Transport Corporation submitted that the order and direction issued by this Court vide order dated 27.07.2021 in W.P.(MD) No.11657 of 2021 have been partly complied with.

2.Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed. The respondents are directed to settle the balance dues to the petitioner as expeditious as possible. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law, if any grievance still exists.
