ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The only request made by the petitioner is that the petition mentioned judgment and decree should be registered by the respondent. No exception to be taken to the said request. It has also been held that the time limit stipulated under Section 23 of the Registration Act is not applicable to registration of Court judgments and decrees. As and when the petitioner submits the petition mentioned judgment and decree for registration, the same will be entertained and registered subject to the fulfilment of other usual formalities. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 3.This writ petition is allowed on these terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
