Side) For Intervener : MR.R.J.KARTHICK, Advocate PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 417, 420, 506(i) IPC r/w Section 34 IPC in Cr.No.17 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the accused persons joint together collected a sum of Rs.63,00,000/- from various victims for securing job from TNPSC and TRB. After receiving amount, the petitioner neither secured the job nor repaid the amount. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that A1 suppressing the earlier two marriage, married the petitioner and the petitioner also cheated by A1 and that all cheated amount is only with A1 and the petitioner herein not at all live with A1. Hence, he pray for anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that till date no amount is recovered from the accused persons.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that till date no amount is recovered from the accused persons, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
