Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Tha.Pa.46/2022 A5 dated 26.12.2022 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.

ORDER
Challenging an order of the second respondent in Tha.Pa.46/2022 A5, dated 26.12.2022, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. It is informed that the order impugned in this writ petition has also been challenged before the District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur and the District Revenue Officer has passed orders on 12.08.2024 rejecting the petitioner's claim.
3. In the light of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is dismissed as the same has become infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order of the District Revenue Officer in the manner known to law. No costs.
