There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.On a complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.28 of 2019, was registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(1) I.P.C., 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. 2.As per the allegations in the petition, the investigation is not on the right track and as he is not interested by the ongoing investigation and has even made a request to the Superintendant of Police, vide his communication dated 07.02.2019, till date, the same has not been done.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. He submitted that the investigation is in the early stage and the apprehension of the petitioner is misplaced. 4.Going through the allegation in the petition, this Court does not find any real material to doubt the ongoing investigation by the second respondent. expressed and to install confidence in the mind of the de facto complainant, this Court directs the first respondent to monitor / oversee the investigation of the case and to ensure that this statement is in its logical end.

5.The Criminal Original is disposed of the manner indicated above.
