[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the third respondent to consider the application for approval of the building plan for the property situated in S.No.627/2799 at Sivagiri Village Part-II, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending this writ petition, the

subject property has been taken over by the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and the same is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
