This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent hand over the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.08.2013 to the second respondent and directing the second respondent to register the case against the third respondent and investigate and file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the last hearings viz., 19.01.2017 and 07.02.2017. Even though the matter was posted today under the caption for "either for disposal or for dismissal", today also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner himself died and she has also produced a copy of the Post Mortem certificate of the petitioner to that effect.

4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as abated.
