This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining that the order of this Court dated 24.11.2025 passed in W.P.(MD)No.16081 of 2025 has not been complied with.

2. When this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that as against the order dated 24.11.2025 passed in W.P.(MD)No.16081 of 2025, the Department has filed a writ appeal with the delay of 43 days and a Division Bench of this Court has entertained the condone delay petition and ordered notice in CMP(MD)No.1709 of 2026.

3. In view of the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to enter appearance in CMP(MD)No. 1709 of 2026.
