O RDER This petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for her willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P. (MD).No.14727 of 2023, dated 22.06.2023.

2.The only grievance that has been expressed by the petitioner is that even though she appeared before the respondent and gave statement, so far, he is not added om the list of witnesses.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that even though the petitioner appeared before the respondent, she has not produced the Bank statement accounts. Therefore, they could not complete the further investigation. Let the above said request made by the respondent be complied by the contempt petitioner herein. There is no question of contempt as on date. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this contempt petition stands closed with a direction to the petitioner 2/4
