ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Madurai through its order in Cr.M.P.No.2071/2022 dated 07.07.2022 consequently direct the respondents to register the case against the proposed accused persons.

2.This Court directed the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thallakulam, to appear before this Court today vide order dated 02.02.2023. In pursuance of direction of this Court, Mrs.R.Thilagavathi, Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thallakulam, is present. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instructions would submit that First Information Report came to be registered on 04.02.2023 in Crime No.9 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406, 506(i) of IPC.
