This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to instruct the second respondent to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.49 of 2016 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police has filed Charge Sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Tuticorin and the same is not taken on file.
