Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned as prayed for on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) towards costs to Anbagam, Institution for Mentally Handicapped Children, Race Course Road, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
