ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents to issue Look Out Notice to the accused in Crime No.12 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent police by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2022 so as to prevent the accused from moving abroad.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.12 of 2022 dated 23.12.2022 and that the petitioner has sent a representation to the first respondent dated 26.12.2022 and the first respondent has not considered the said representation.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has given a representation, after three days of registration of the FIR and the same is pending.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
