ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No.857 of 2020. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and would submit that investigation in Crime No.857 of 2020 is underway. However, he seeks three months time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the first respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet as the case may be in Crime No.857 of 2020 within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
