This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.113 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent Police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after investigation, the First Information Report has been closed as further action dropped on 06.12.2014.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
