O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for lives and limbs of the petitioner and his family members as well as the petitioner's property to measure the four boundaries based on the complaint made by him before the respondents 1 and 2 on 09.07.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents 1 and 2 on 09.07.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that summons have been issued to the petitioner for enquiry and the

petitioner's complaint is under consideration.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within 7 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
