ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.68 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur.

2. The defacto complainant Raja is present in person before this Court. He has been duly identified by Thiru.T.Rajadurai, SSI of Police attached to Jambunathapuram Police Station, Trichy District. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that he has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. Crl.O.P(MD)No.1996 of 2022 settlement, no purpose will be served in keeping the impugned proceedings alive. The parties have also filed a joint compromise memo dated 01.02.2022. The impugned proceedings are quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Compromise Memo shall form part of the record.
