Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii), 507 of IPC., r/w. Section 67 of IT Act, 2000, and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.Not Known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and one Syed Sulthan Beevi have love affair for the past two years. At the time of alleged offence by making false promise, the petitioner had sexual intercourse with the victim girl. Thereafter, when the petitioner wanted to marry the victim girl, she refused to marry the petitioner, due to which, the petitioner uploaded the personal photos taken by him with the victim girl in social media and incriminated her moral status. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State on instructions, would submit that as of now, no enquiry/no case is pending against the petitioner.

4. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.
