PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the proceedings pertaining to the Impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.C6/2378229/2024 dated 14.10.2025 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal within the time limit as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the memo issued by the first respondent on 14.10.2025 calling upon the writ petitioner to produce the correct address of the respondents in the appeal preferred by the petitioner. It has been pointed out in the impugned memo that unless correct address is produced, the appeal filed by the writ petitioner would get dismissed.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents brought to the notice of the Court that on 11.12.2025, orders have been passed dismissing the appeal on the ground that the petitioner has not produced the correct address of the respondents in the appeal.

3. In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 11.12.2025, if she is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
