This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.5 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent police has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 20.04.2018 before the concerned Court. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
