ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 01.08.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.08.2015, a case in Crime No.435 of 2015 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 294(b), 506(i) IPC.

3. In view of the above stated position, the second respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.435 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
