This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for his life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation was already considered and an FIR has been registered against the fourth respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3.The learned Counsel for the fourth respondent has also confirmed the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
