This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.69 of 2013 dated 22.01.2013 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.69 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
