Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.
2.The petitioner is figuring as accused in Crime No.121 of 2021 registered on the file of the second respondent. The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the jurisdictional Court on 10.02.2022. Considering the overall facts and circumstances, this criminal original petition is disposed of on the following directions:- "(a) The petitioner shall surrender before the jurisdictional Court on 10.02.2022.
(b) The jurisdictional Court is directed to accept the said surrender and also dispose of the bail petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P(MD)No.1551 of 2022 to be filed by the petitioner on the same day of surrender on merits and in accordance with law.
(c) The petitioner as well as the police authorities are directed to intimate the defacto complainant about the proposed surrender on 10.02.2022."
