This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners/Accused No.1 to 8 to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.4 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that this matter has already been referred as 'Mistake of Fact' and a report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on 05.05.2015. He further submitted that RCs notice No.1/2015 was already sent to the defacto Complainant. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
