ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case against the petitioners is that the petitioners along with their family members are running Chit in the name and style of 'S.B.N. Small Savings Scheme', thereby they collected the Chits from the depositors and cheated them. Hence, the complaint has been lodged by people.
