Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to directing the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.30 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent herein to some other agencies and ensure fair investigation in the above crime number under his monitor. O R D E R
The criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.30 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent to some other agencies.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that after investigation, the second respondent has closed the complaint as "Mistake of Fact" and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate and referred charge sheet notice also served on the petitioner.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed and if at all the petitioner has any grievance against the final report, it is open to him to file a protest petition in the manner known to law.
