ORDER

The present petition is filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to transfer the investigation of the case in Cr.No.42 of 2018 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent police to any other independent agency or officer under the direct supervision of the 2nd respondent and further to file the final report in the said case.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to look into the course of investigation in Crime No.42 of 2018 and file his final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
