ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 15.01.2019, for the offence under Sections 341, 397 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.21 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner and other accused way laid the defacto complainant and threatened by showing knife and thereby, Rs.300/- was taken away from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they are innocent person.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is A1 in this case and he is having six previous cases and also he is a historysheeted rowdy and hence, he would pray for dismissal of this petition.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the number of previous cases pending against the petitioner and considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
