O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to to direct the respondent to register the case on the complaint of the Petitioner dated 09.07.2014 in CSR.No.197/2014 dated 17.08.2014 on the file of the first respondent herein consequently directing the respondent to investigate and to file a final report as early as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner and the intervenor/ respondent no.2 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent/State.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the intervenor/second respondent is the husband of the petitioner and the education certificates of the petitioner are with the proposed respondent.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the intervenor/second respondent submitted that all the education certificates belonging to the petitioner would be returned as early as possible.

5. The above said statement is placed on record. Recording the said submission the intervenor/second respondent is directed to return the educational certificates as per the list in the typed set of papers filed by his learned counsel within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
