[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.] The petitioner is the father of the girl aged 21 years alleging that the third respondent, in order to get a marriage to the fourth respondent, had abducted her, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the daughter of the petitioner present through Video Conferencing from the Public Prosecutor Office and on enquiry, she states that she has fallen love with the fourth respondent, since her father has refused to perform the marriage with the fourth respondent, she on her own has gone to the paternal uncle's house for protection. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
