Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of 1st respondent's impugned proceedings vide C.No. 1349524/ Rect.1(2) / 2021 dated 24.11.2021 and quash the same as illegal as devoid of merits and direct the respondents to fix the seniority of the petitioner in the post Grade-II Police Constable along with recruited batch in the year of 2012 in the appropriate place with attendant monitory and service benefits.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the 1st respondent's impugned proceedings vide C.No. 1349524/ Rect.1(2) / 2021 dated 24.11.2021 and also to direct the respondents to fix the seniority of the petitioner in the post Grade-II Police Constable along with recruited batch in the year of 2012 in the appropriate place with attendant, monetary and service benefits.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
