ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the 1st respondent's impugned proceedings vide C.No. 1349524/ Rect.1(2) / 2021 dated 24.11.2021 and also to direct the respondents to fix the seniority of the petitioner in the post Grade-II Police Constable along with recruited batch in the year of 2012 in the appropriate place with attendant, monetary and service benefits.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
