ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to fix the seniority of the petitioner in the post of Grade II Police Constable along with their recruited batch in the recruitment year 2007-2008 in the appropriate place as per the rule 25(a) of Tamil Nadu Police Subordinate Service Rules (TNPSS) with attendant, monetary and service benefits.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
