Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents to remove the encroachment in Putharayanallur Kanmani having extent of 82.10 acres situated in S.No.174A/1, at Putharayanallur Village, Pudhalur Taluk, Thanjavur District, within the time stipulated by this Court on considering the Petitioners representation dated 25.10.2017.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.AR.L.SUNDARESAN, Senior Counsel for MR.A.SIVASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.K.BASKARAPANDIAN, Special Government Pleader for R2 to R8, the court made the following order:- Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the land in question is a private land and petitioners were not heard at the time of passing the order.
Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 2 to 8 and he is directed to instruct the officials not to proceed further.
