This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.105 of 2023.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has collected some details from the CCTVs available in the place of occurrence and also furnished the details of the vehicle, which has caused the accident. Even then, the respondent police is not acting upon it. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the respondent police has verified the CCTV footage, which was produced by the petitioner and found that there is no damage to the vehicle pointed out by the petitioner. Since the complaint itself has been lodged as against unknown vehicle, the respondent police is searching for the vehicle. He further submits that the investigation is going on.

4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
