ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the Petitioner dated 09.08.2014 for offences under Sections 498(A), 494, 109, 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code and consequently direct the first respondent to supervise the investigation.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that First Information Report has been registered in Crime No. 06 of 2015.
3. Recording the above said submission, this petition is dismissed.
