Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to disburse the balance amount of Rs.7,00,742.45 in favour of M/s.Subbaiah Petrol Bunk (Bharat Petroleum Dealer) towards supply of diesel on the basis of his representation dated 16.10.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner is the Manager of M/s.Subbaiah Petrol Bunk. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent Temple has purchased diesel from his petrol bunk and failed to pay the money. Therefore, he has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to disburse the balance amount of Rs.7,00,742.45/- to the petitioner Bunk 2/4

2. If the petitioner is having any bills due for the transactions made with the second respondent, he can file a civil suit and recover the amount from the second respondent. With the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
