Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as second accused in Crime No.117 of 2015, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C. and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that one P.Srinivasan lodged a complaint before the respondent Police on 27.06.2015 stating that the first accused by name Pechi, who is the mother of the defacto complainant and the petitioner have jointly abused the defacto complainant with filthy language, and thereafter, the defacto complainant had lodged a petition in Cr.M.P.No.7767 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and on direction by the Court an FIR has been registered in Crime No.117 of 2015.

3.Admittedly, this complaint is stated to have been filed on account of the civil dispute pending between the parties. 4.Considering the stated circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. 5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the order stands suspended.
