ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the arrears of salary to the petitioner for the month of November and December 2022 and for the subsequent months by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have not paid salary for the month of November and December 2022. To this effect, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 12.12.2022. After filing of the Writ Petition, the respondents have paid the salary for the month of November 2022, but failed to pay the salary for the month of December 2022.

3. Therefore, this Court is directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2022 and pay the salary for the 2/4

month of December 2022 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
