ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli, to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.39 of 2016, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main suit in O.S.No.39 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli, itself has been disposed of he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of this development, nothing survives for determination in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed as infructuous. No Costs.
