ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners cheated the de facto complainant on promising to get a job for his son in their school.

3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the intervenor that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. The learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that the de facto complainant received the entire amount from the petitioners and that he is going to withdraw the complaint lodged before the respondent police. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
