O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition of the bail order dated 10.01.2018, imposed upon the petitioners by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, in Crl.M.P.No.65 of 2018.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that after completing the investigation charge sheet has been filed in the above said Crime number.

3. Considering the submission made by learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the charge sheet has already been filed

in the petition mentioned Crime number, the condition (a) already imposed vide order dated, 10.01.2018 made in Crl.M.P.No.65 of 2018, by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapupram is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions if any shall remain unaltered.
