2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that under Section 145 of Cr.P.C., proceedings are pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer. 4.The learned counsel for the respondents 5 to 10 submitted that by virtue of an order dated 09.04.2018, the proceedings were also closed by the Revenue Divisional Officer. 5.In view of the above said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
