ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to furnish a copy of the records relating to the Surcharge proceedings in No.01/2019-2020/Sa.Pa, called for by the Petitioner through his representations, dated 20.10.2019 & 20.01.2020 and also permit the Petitioner to engage an Advocate to assist him in the Surcharge proceedings in No.01/20192020/Sa.Pa, based on his representation, dated 20.01.2020.

2. On 14.02.2020, when the matter was taken up for hearing, this Court had directed the respondent to be present before this Court along with records on today.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Lakshmanan, who is the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.1933 of 2020 Societies, is personally present before this Court and he has also produced a letter obtained from the petitioner for having received copies of the documents relating to the Surcharge proceedings as mentioned above.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner also verified the same and stated that the copies have been received.

5. Recording the submission made by both side, this writ petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
