ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action against the private respondent No.3 based on the petitioner's compliant dated 30.12.2025 and conclude the enquiry same within the time frame fixed by this court.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint notice was issued. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to process the complaint and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
